What is it that LaNell does as a workshop facilitator?
LaNell is what many call, the “New Age Corporate Navigator.”
A navigator’s primary role is to be aware of a position along a journey at all times, and to help maneuver new routes when the original course is ineffective. As a navigator, LaNell motivates or engages a new form of thought, understanding, and innovation, through an altruistic, organic, intuitive and experiential process. You should also know that LaNell has an unorthodox, out-of-the box, innovative and holistic delivery style.
What does all this translate to in terms of actions and results?
General workshops and seminars do not translate into specific results. Action oriented learning experiences do. As a navigator, LaNell is able to assist with turning ideas and concepts into actionable, timely, measureable steps. He provides the innovation you want, the experience you need, and the results you desire.

Creating Your Vision of Excellence (Formerly, Engaging Excellence) – Group Workshop The Creating Your Vision of Excellence seminar is an experience of assisting you with Gaining Clarity of Vision. Using a guided awareness approach, we assist you with bringing to reality the essence of your individual, organizational or corporate vision of excellence.
We discover and engage the foresight within you, heating and activating the essence of your thoughts, assisting you with creating ways that you can immediately begin to bring to reality your aspirations.
Creating Your Corporate Compass – Group Workshop (Pre-requisite: Creating Your Vision of Excellence) Creating Your Corporate Compass is an innovative experience based workshop where you will learn tools that assist you with creating a physical tool that helps you with manifesting your Vision of Success. Through this process, we create a unique tool called your Corporate Compass.
In essence, the Corporate Compass is a strategic plan with more than just goals, objectives and milestones. It is a physical tool that both you, and other members of your organization create through an Experiential Awareness Process. Through a holistic approach, you will work with other teams to become more aware of the goals, strategies and resources that you employ, while also enhancing your inner mental software that will assist you with working with and / or overcoming individual and organizational limiting beliefs, as well as identify the triggers within your organization that block growth, innovation, communication, consistency, proactive collaboration, and essentially…that may be stopping you from achieving your goals. We will provide the innovation. All you need is a destination.

IVX – Large Groups
A choreographed networking experience. The only “club” in town where you have fun…onPurpose. 10 minute sessions (what can you do for each other; report back to the group with 5 potential co-next-sions (Coordinated Next Sessions) and what you can do. Then each person gives ideas about what the person could do next…each member has a certain amount of time to share for each person. Then it’s a dance club, etc with music, etc. This is about taking away the anxiety from networking, asking for what you want, and offering what you have. Recognizing Value – Realizing Value – Receiving Value – Creating Value: Together.
